Title: Garbanzo-Oat Waffles

Yield: 2 Waffles
1 | c | AM Oat Flakes |
1/2 | c | AM Garbanzo Flour |
1 1/4 | c | Water |
1 | tb | AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil |
2 | ts | Honey |
1/4 | ts | Sea salt, or more (optional) |
1/2 | ts | Non-alum baking powder |
Preheat waffle iron.
Place oatmeal in blender. Grind into coarse flour. Add all remaining ingredients. Blend. Let sit a few minutes. Blend again for 2 seconds. Pour into hot, well-oiled waffle iron. Bake 5 to 8 minutes.
VARIATION: May replace 1/4 cup water with 1 egg.
