Title: Salmon Butter Spread
Categories: Appetizer Fish
Yield: 1 Cup

1cButter; softened
8ozSmoked salmon - coarsely chopped
1/4cChopped fresh dill OR 1 tbsp. dried dillweed
2tbMinced green onion
1 1/2tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsHot pepper sauce
  Sesame crackers OR cocktail rye bread

Combine all ingredients except crackers and bread in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Serve as an appetizer spread for crackers or cocktail rye bread. Store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.

Note: Allow refrigerated spread to soften at room temperature about 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

Yield = 1 cup Serving Size = 1 tablespoon
