Title: Marinated Squash

  Fresh raw squash
  Parmesan/Romano cheese(opt.)
  Bottled Ital. salad dressing

Place thinly sliced, washed, raw squash in large jar, packing as tightly as possible. Cover with bottled dressing to about 1/2" of top of jar. Romano or Parmesan cheese may be added if desired. Refrigerate for abt. 2 wks. The squash will be firm and crunchy.
