Title: Mary's Garlic Bread

250 | g | Butter; softened |
200 | g | Parmesan cheese; grated |
100 | g | Mayonnaise |
5 | Garlic cloves minced or pres | |
50 | ml | Fresh parsley; chopped |
2 1/2 | ml | Oregano |
1 | French bread; (baguette), cu |
Recipe by: Sharon Badian AT&T Information Systems, Holmdel, New Jersey 1. Preheat oven to 190 øC .
2. Mix all ingredients except the bread together in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixture onto the French bread.
4. Wrap bread in aluminium foil.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Unwrap and place under broiler to brown.
