Title: Mock Caesar Salad

2 | Cl Garlic; peeled and minced | |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
3 | c | Belgian endive |
6 | c | Romaine lettuce; torn |
1/8 | ts | Black pepper; freshly cracke |
1 | tb | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1 1/3 | c | Tomato; chopped |
Recipe by: Rosie Daley from "In the Kitchen with Rosie" Put the garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the endive and Romaine lettuce. Toss to coat. Sprinkle the black pepper and parmesan cheese on top.
Garnish with chopped tomato.
