Title: Party Nibbles: Smoked Salmon Pt

Yield: 2 Cups
1/2 | lb | Smoked salmon |
1/2 | c | Light cream cheese |
2 | tb | Light mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Green onions, chopped |
1 | tb | Fresh dill, chopped |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
In food processor, pure salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Mix in onions, dill and pepper.
[Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.]
Smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon. Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices. Garnish with fresh dill or green onions.
