Title: Crab Mousse

2 | tb | Unflavored gelatin |
1/2 | c | Cold water |
1 | c | Boiling water |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | c | Whipping cream |
2 | c | Flaked crabmeat |
2 1/2 | tb | Pimiento |
6 | Stuffed olives, stuffed | |
1/2 | Green peper, diced | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water, then chill. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, crabmeat, pimiento, olives and green pepper. Turn into a cold, wet 6 cup mold and chill until set.
