Title: Roast Quartered Chicken

1 | Large diced onion | |
Garlic, minced | ||
Salt, pepper, paprika |
Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add about 1/2 cup of water and cover. Roast at 350 F. until almost tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered, turning once until each piece is golden brown.
