Title: Salmon Spread Supreme

1 1/2lbSmoked salmon
2tsOnion; minced
1 Cl Garlic; minced
2tsCelery; finely chopped
1tbMustard
2tbSweet pickle; finely chopped
1 1/4cMayonnaise
1dsWorcestershire
2tbParsley; chopped

Remove skin and bones from fish and flake well.

Mix all ingredients together and chill one hour before serving.
