1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Sugar, brown |
1 | tb | Vanilla extract |
1/2 | ts | Orange extract |
1 | Egg | |
1/3 | c | Sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 TEASPOON ORANCE PEAL, AND 1 TEA ORANGE JUICE CAN BE SUBSTUTED FOR ORANGE EXTRACT.
Preheat oven to 350. Lightley grease a 9" pizza pan, or cake pan. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and 1 cup of the chocolate chips, stirring until smoothe. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Sift flower, baking powder and baking so Cool completley
