Title: Orange Kiss-Me Cake

6 | oz | Can (3/4 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | *each* baking soda, salt |
1/2 | c | *each* shortening, milk |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | c | Raisins |
1/3 | c | Chopped nuts |
Topping: | ||
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Chopped walnuts |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
FROM: Minnie Branco of South San Francisco, CA
Grease & flour bottom of 13x9 inch pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of the orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at lowest speed until just blended. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350~ for 40-45 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle with toppping.
