Title: Syrup Cupcakes

1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Nutmeg |
1 1/4 | c | Steen's syrup |
1 | c | Boiling water with |
2 | ts | Soda |
1 1/3 | c | Oil |
3 | Eggs | |
2 3/4 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl then add: 1 cup boiling water with 2 tsp soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2 3/4 cups flour.
Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 for 40-45 min. Bake in 2 round pans at 350 for 30-35 min. Bake as cupcakes at 325 for 20-25 min.
