1 | c | Roasted, salted, blanched peanuts |
1 | ts | Curry powder |
1/2 | ts | Seasoned salt |
1/8 | ts | Garlic powder |
Combine spices and mix with peanuts. Spread on cookie sheet and roast at 350 F for 5 minutes.
