3/4 | c | Mashed potatoes |
1 | lb | Coconut (4 cups) |
1 | ts | Almond extract |
1 | lb | Powdered sugar |
COATING | ||
6 | oz | Chocolate bits |
4 | oz | Semi-sweet chocolate |
Mix ingredients, roll into balls. Put in fridge for 1 hour. COATING: Melt over hot water and dip balls. Place on wax paper. Put in fridge. Store in tightly sealed container. NOTE: Any chocolate will work, aslong as it will harden. Rorna Baker *P RDXS99B 12/27/92 11:17am
