Title: Cheddar & Bacon Bread

3 | c | Bread flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 1/3 | tb | Butter |
1 | c | Milk |
ADD FOLLOWING 1ST KNEADING | ||
2/3 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
2/3 | c | Cooked, crumbled bacon |
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
