Title: Meat 'n Cheddar Loaf

1 1/2lbGround beef
3/4cQuaker Oats, uncooked - (quick or old-fashioned)
1/2cGrated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4cChopped onion
1tsSalt
1/2tsDry mustard
1 Egg; beaten
3/4cMilk

Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack firmly into an 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
