1/2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
16 | oz | Van Camp's Pork and Beans - undrained |
2 | c | Shredded lettuce |
1 | c | Chopped tomato |
4 | oz | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Plain yogurt |
Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add beans and salsa, heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita pocket half. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
