1/2 | c | Choped onion |
1 | cn | Stewed tomatoes, cut up 16-ounces |
1 | lg | Green pepper, choped |
1/2 | c | Uncooked long grain rice |
1/2 | c | Water |
2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
In a skillet, brown beef, drain. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole. Add
the next 8-ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until rice is
tender. Uncover and sprinkle with the cheese; return to the oven until
cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
