Title: Lime Chicken Shish Kabob^

2 | Chicken breasts, cut in | |

2 | Limes, juice of | |
2 | cl | Garlic, minced |
1 | tb | Low sodium soy sauce |
1 | tb | Apple juice concentrate |
8 | oz | Medium mushrooms |
1 | Red bell pepper, cut in 1" | |

16 | White pearl onions | |
1 | Green bell pepper, cut in 1" | |
Pieces | ||
2 | sm | Zucchini, cubed |
Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
