1 | cn | Swanson's chicken broth |
1 | ts | Worchestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Salt, or to taste |
1 | ts | Cayenne pepper,or to taste |
2 | tb | Ground cumin |
4 | To 6 Tb chili powder | |
1 | Serrano pepper | |
1 | Jalapeno pepper | |
1 | cn | Coca cola |
1/2 | c | Tequila |
1 | ts | Instant coffee |
1 | ts | Sugar |
Flour or Masa Harina to | ||
Thicken | ||
1 | ts | Lime juice |
Cut round steak into 1/4-inch strips, then into 1/4-inch cubes. ,and saute in oil until brown. Dice onions into 1/4-inch cubes. Dice peppers into 1/8-inch cubes and add to onions; saute until onions are translucent. Mix all ingredients together in big pot and cook, covered, over medium low heat for approximately 2 hours.
