Stir together wqual parts Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (with juice) and rinsed and drained canned beans. Season to taste with chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add chopped cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes more. Garnish with fat-free sour cream and serve with no-oil tortilla chips.
