Title: Easy Chocolate Pudding Milk Shake

3 | c | Cold skim milk |
1 | pk | (4-serving size_ JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Sugar-Free Instant |
1 1/2 | c | Vanilla ice milk |
Pour milk into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 15 seconds or until smooth. (Mixture will thicken as it stands. Thin with additional milk, if desired.) Makes about 5 cups or 5 servings.
Nutritional information per serving: calories - 150, protein - 7 gm., fat - 2 gm., carbohydrates - 23 gm., cholesterol 10 mg., sodium - 370 mg. Diabetic Exchanges: 2% Lowfat Milk - 1/2, Starch/Bread - 1.
