Title: Herbed Cheese Dip

Yield: 12 Servings

1pk(4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gelat
1/4tsSalt
1cBoiling water
1ct(16 oz.) 2% lowfat cottage cheese
4ozNeufchatel cheese (light cream cheese)
1/2cPacked fresh parsley sprigs
2clGarlic
2tbVinegar
2tsDill weed
1tsWorcestershire sauce
1/2tsPepper

Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; pour into blender container. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at low speed, scraping down sides occasionally, 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Chill until set, about 4 hours. Makes 3 1/2 cups or 12 servings.
