Title: Creamy Tofu Dressing

Yield: 32 Servings
1 | c | Firm tofu; (bean curd) sliced |
1 | lg | Garlic clove; minced |
2 | tb | Low-sodium soy sauce; |
1 | Lemon; juice with plup | |
1/4 | ts | Dried leaf oregano; |
1/4 | ts | Dried leaf marjoram; |
3 | tb | Balsamic vinegar; |
3 | Green onions; chopped | |
1/4 | c | Water; about |
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth.
