Title: Easy Succotash

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | c | Lima beans, fresh; about 1lb |
4 | c | Corn, fresh; cut from cob about 8 ears |
3 | tb | Butter (or marg.) |
1/2 | c | Cream, whipping |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. cook over low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
