Title: Easy Succotash

2cLima beans, fresh; about 1lb
4cCorn, fresh; cut from cob about 8 ears
3tbButter (or marg.)
1/2cCream, whipping
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper

Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt, and pepper; mix well. cook over low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
