2/3 | c | Shoyu;(soy sauce) |
1/3 | c | Brewed coffee; |
1 | c | Sugar; =OR=- |

| | 1 cup |
1 | c | Water; |
1/2 | | Inch fresh ginger root; |
| | =peeled minced |
2 | cl | Garlic |
Combine all ingredients in an eight-quart pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and
simmer over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not stir. Keep covered
