1 | cn | Shoestring Beets; |
1 1/2 | c | Liquid beet juice;and water |
1/4 | c | Sugar;(scant) =OR=- sugar sub to equial 1/4 cup sugar |
1/8 | c | Cider Vinegar; |
1 | pk | Lemon Jello;(3 Oz.) (sugar free) |
Drain beets and save juice. Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Put liquid in saucepan with sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Pour over Lemon Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add beets and mold.
