2 | pk | (10 oz) frozen green peas; |
1 | tb | Grated Parmesan cheese; |
1 | tb | Lemon juice; |
1/8 | ts | Lemon peel; |
1/2 | ts | Salt; |
1/8 | ts | Dried tarragon leaves; |
Cook peas as directed on package; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Food Exchange per
