3/4 | ts | Baking soda; |
1 | pk | Instant beef broth; |
1 | tb | Onion flakes; minced |
2 | tb | Margarine; melted |
1 | Egg; | |
2 | ts | Honey; |
1/4 | c | Plain lowfat yogurt; + |
2 | tb | Plain lowfat yogurt |
Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, broth mix and onion flakes. In larger bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beating with a fork until blended. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are moistenend. Knead dough a few times until it holds together. Divide dough among 6 nonstick muffin cups. Bake 12 minutes, until golden. Remove to rack to cool or serve warm.
Per serving: 5g protein, 5g fat, 22g carb., 219mg sodium, 47mg chol., 154 calories.
