1 | lb | Fresh spinach; |
1 | c | Mushroomes; sliced |
1 | tb | Water; |
1 | tb | Walnut oil; |
| | Few dashes sesame oil; |
1 | tb | Toasted seasame seeds; |
Wash spinach thouroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix
remaining ingredients together and toss with spinach. Food Exchange per
