Title: Crunchy Baked Ham Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
3 | c | Ham; cooked, cubed |
1 | c | Celery; chopped |
3/4 | c | Mayonnaise; |
1/2 | c | Olives; pimiento-stuffed; chopped |
2 | Eggs; hard-cooked; chopped | |
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1 | tb | Lemon juice; |
1 1/2 | ts | Mustard; prepared |
ds | Pepper; | |
1 | c | Potato chips; crushed |
Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
