Title: Kay's Dressing & Poppy Seed Dressing

KAY'S DRESSING | ||
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | White vinegar; |
1/2 | ts | Salt; |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard; |
1/8 | ts | Ground pepper; fresh |
1/16 | ts | Paprika |
Sugar substitute equivalent | ||
To 4 teaspoons sugar | ||
POPPY SEED DRESSING | ||
1/2 | c | Cider vinegar; |
1 | tb | Poppy seed; |
Omit paprika |
Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover tightly. Shake vigorously and store in refrigerator. Shake before using. Food Exchange per serving: THIS IS A "FREE" FOOD CAL: 4 CHO: 1g; PRO: 0g; FAT: 0g; Low-sodium diets: Omit salt
