2 | Moderately rip avocados peeled and pitted | |
1 | Garlic clove; minced | |
2 | tb | Onion; minced white |
1 | Green chili roasted peeled and minced | |
Lemon juice | ||
Salt and pepper to taste |
Put the avocados, garlic, onion and green chili in a mixing bowl. Combine with a fork until well mixed but not necessarily free of lumps. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
