In a bowl, whip together cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add onions, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and lemon juice; whip with an electric mixer on medium for 1 minute. Fold in shrimp. Serve cold.
