1 | c | Nonfat plain yogurt |
1 | | Jar - 4 oz. - pimientos, thoroughly drained |
1 | ts | Onion POWDER |
1/2 | c | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 2 ozs. |

Place all ingredients except cheddar cheese in workbowl of food processor
with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth,
about 1 minute. Add cheese; cover and process about 15 seconds longer.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables or
pretzels if desired. Makes about 1 3/4 cups dip.
