Title: Pimiento Cheese Dip

1cDry curd low-fat cottage cheese
1cNonfat plain yogurt
1 Jar - 4 oz. - pimientos, thoroughly drained
1tsOnion POWDER
1/2cShredded sharp cheddar cheese - 2 ozs.

Posted on NVN in F & W by Lynda Weaver - note #71061. Place all ingredients except cheddar cheese in workbowl of food processor with steel blade or in blender container. Cover and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Add cheese; cover and process about 15 seconds longer. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables or pretzels if desired. Makes about 1 3/4 cups dip. PER TABLESPOON: Calories 20, Fat 1 g, Protein 2 g, Cholesterol 2 mg, Carbohydrate 1 g, Sodium 20 mg.
