Title: Apple Walnut Chicken Spread

SPREAD
3c(1 lb.) cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1c(1 small) diced tart apple
1c(2 stalks) diced celery
1/2cCoarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
DRESSING
1/2cLight sour cream
1/2cLight mayonnaise
1tbDijon-style mustard
1tbFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4cFreshly grated parmesan cheese
1tbChopped fresh basil leaves OR 1 tsp. dried basil
1/4tsCoarsely cracked pepper
1/4tsSalt

In large bowl combine all spread ingredients; set aside. In small bowl combine all dressing ingredients; mix well. Stir dressing into spread ingredients, mixing well.
