8 | oz | Pkg. regular or light cream cheese, softened |
3/4 | c | Shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 | tb | Freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh chives |
1 | ts | Chopped dried basil leaves |
1 | ts | Chopped dried thyme leaves |
1/2 | ts | Freshly grated lemon peel |
1/4 | ts | Coarsely cracked pepper |
1 | | Or 2 tbsp. skim milk |

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients EXCEPT milk. Beat at low speed,
scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Add milk, one
tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups spread.
