Title: Creamy Caramel Dip

Yield: 3 Cups

1pk(8 oz) cream cheese, softend
3/4cPacked brown sugar
1c(8 oz) sour cream
2tsVanilla extract
2tsLemon juice
1cCold milk
1pk(3.4 oz) instant vanilla
  Pudding mix
  Assorted fresh fruit

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix, beating well after each addition. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip for fruit.

Yield 3 1/2 cups
