Title: Bleu Cheese Sour Cream Dressing

Yield: 2 Servings

1	c	Sour cream
1/4	c	Salad oil
1	ts	Lemon juice
1/4	ts	Garlic powder
1	c	Blue cheese (to 2 cups) --
		Crumbled

Put all ingredients (except cheese) into a blender or food processor. Cover, process until well blended. Stop--add 1/2 of the blue cheese. Process again until mixed thoroughly. Pour mixture into bowl and put remaining cheese on top and stir lightly into dressing. Note: Make this the day ahead to give it more time to mellow. Usually we can't wait long enough for that! It makes a great salad dressing and a superb dip for cruditi es.
