Title: Italian-Seasoned Breaded Vegetables
Categories: Appetizer Dip Salad
Yield: 6 Servings

1cItalian seasoned dry bread
  Crumbs
1/3cGrated Parmesan cheese
2/3cHellmann's Real Mayonnaise
6cAssorted vegetables, such as
  Broccoli florets,carrot
  Sticks, mushrooms,
  Green or red pepper strips,
  Yellow squash
  And/or zucchini strips

Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
