Title: Italian-Seasoned Breaded Vegetables

1 | c | Italian seasoned dry bread |
Crumbs | ||
1/3 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
2/3 | c | Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise |
6 | c | Assorted vegetables, such as |
Broccoli florets,carrot | ||
Sticks, mushrooms, | ||
Green or red pepper strips, | ||
Yellow squash | ||
And/or zucchini strips |
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
