500 | g | Dried peaches |
500 | g | Dried apricots |
500 | g | Stoned dates |
500 | g | Seedless raisins |
1 | | Clove garlic, crushed |
400 | g | Sugar |
1 | | ,5 litres vinegar mixed with |
500 | ml | Water |
1 | ml | Ground cinnamon, ( 1/4 teaspoon) |
15 | ml | Salt, (3 teaspoons) |
1 | ml | Cayenne pepper, ( 1/4 teaspoon) |
Soak the peaches and apricots overnight in water to cover. Drain. Mince all
the fruit together and place in a saucepan. Add all the other ingredients
and simmer stirring occasionally, Until the chutney thickens, about 2
