2 | Green peppers, seeded | |
2 | Cucumbers, peeled and seeded | |
1 | c | Onions |
1 | 28oz can Italian tomatoes | |
1 | Huge can tomato juice | |
3/4 | c | Red wine vinegar |
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
4 | Cloves garlic, mashed or | |
Diced |
In food processor, process separately, first 4 ingredients. Mix in the remaining ingredients, mixing well, and chill in the refrigerator. Better the second day!
