1 | md | Red Bell pepper -- diced |
1 | md | Yellow Bell pepper -- diced |
4 | Stalks celery -- diced | |
2 | Cucumbers -- peeled and | |
Diced | ||
28 | cn | Plum tomatoes -- chopped |
With liquid | ||
6 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
3 | c | Cold water |
1/4 | c | Italian parsley -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Fresh basil -- chopped |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1 | tb | Tabasco sauce |
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Adjust seasonings. Serve chilled
