1/4 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1/4 | c | Cane sugar |
1 | c | Red wine |
1/8 | c | Salt |
1 | tb | Ground habanero pepper |
1 | lg | Onion, chopped |
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Marinate ribs for about one hour. Smoke over medium hickory fire for about two hours. Baste every hour with marinade.
