10 | oz | Tomato ketchup |
4 | oz | Honey mustard |
4 | oz | Yellow mustard |
4 | oz | Coarse ground mustard |
4 | oz | Honey |
4 | oz | Molasses |
4 | oz | Cane syrup |
1 | Bottle dark beer | |
1/2 | c | Cold coffee |
1/8 | c | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 | c | Soy sauce |
1/8 | c | Louisiana hot sauce |
1 | ts | Ground black pepper |
1 | ts | Celery salt |
1 | Habanero chili, diced no seeds | |
1 | pn | Kosher salt |
1 | pn | Ground coriander |
Combine all ingredients and simmer 25 minutes on low heat. Cool and refrigerate.
