Title: My Sweet Noodle Kugel

Yield: 8 Servings
1 | lb | Wide egg noodles; uncooked |
9 | tb | Sugar; to taste |
6 | Eggs; separated | |
1/4 | lb | Butter; (or Oleo) |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1/2 | pt | Sour cream |
Boil noodles; drain and cool. Beat whites in small bowl til stiff. IN large bowl, beat yolks with sugar.
Cream butter with egg/sugar mix. Add cream cheese and sour cream and mix well. Fold in noodles; then egg whites, being careful to "fold" all the way to bottom of bowl. Heat a buttered shallow baking pan in oven for 3 min. Put noodle mixture in. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar (mixed together).
Bake at 325 for one hour.
Cool slightly, cut into squares; you could top with cherry (or any flavor that you like) pie filling...
