Yield: 10 Servings
16 | oz | Noodles; broad |
8 | oz | Cottage cheese |
1/2 | pt | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | lb | Margarine |
4 | Eggs | |
Dash of cinnamon |
Cook and drain noodles. In a large bowl, put all ingredients. Add the hot cooked noodles (the margarine will melt). Bake in preheated oven - 350 for about 55 minutes.
NOTE: After mixing thoroughly, add 1 medium can of crushed pineapple. Top with a cup of crushed cornflakes, mix in a little sugar and cinnamon with cornflakes. Dot with 2 T. margarine.
