Title: Horseradish Sauce with Beets

1/2lbHorseradish, fresh; peeled and finely grated
1smBeet; peeled and finely grated
1/2cDistilled white vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a tightly sealed jar. Serve chilled.
