4 | ts | Low-fat margarine |
5 | tb | SugarTwin - or to taste |
2 1/2 | tb | Rapid rise yeast |
1/8 | ts | Powdered lechithin |
| | FOR SMALLER 1 LB. |
1/2 | c | Lukewarm water |
1 | | Egg |
1 | c | Better for Bread Flour |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | SugarTwin or to taste |
2 | tb | Margarine |

| | For crustier bread add just a tad of sugar. |

Use bread cycle...This bread rises VERY high, so watch. Use light crust
setting. Nanc has used more eggs and adjusted the water down on occasion
and also sometimes add 1 tb. sugar for crust.
She has also just used the knead and first rise cycle, and made rolls out
of them baked off in the oven with an egg white wash aand sesame seeds.
