8 | oz | Wide noodles* |
3 | | Eggs |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Cottage cheese |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Thinly sliced apples |
3 | tb | Butter |
Oven temp. 350. Bake 1 hour *cook until tender In bowl, whisk eggs, blend
in cheese, sour cream, sugar, salt and apples. Add to cooked noodles,
mixing well with rubber spatula. Transfer to greased 2-qt. Casserole, dot
with butter, and bake for 1 hour until lightly browned. They all start to
sound alike after a while. I have a few more but they are too similar to
the others...so I will end here. Unfortunately, I can no longer eat this
kind of food...Cholesterol up....but I like to pass them along to people
